Jeff Mickelsen, CPA, MACC

​

Jeff assists clients in tax planning and preparing their individual and business tax returns. Jeff is passionate about helping clients take advantage of tax benefits that align with their business and personal financial goals. He takes pride in his ability to explain complex tax issues in a simple manner to clients who may be unfamiliar with finance and accounting. 

​

Jeff earned his Masters in Taxation from the University of Georgia and began his career with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP in Seattle, Washington. During his time with EY, Jeff observed first-hand how the newly enacted changes in tax reform affected the variety of clients he served which included high net worth individuals, partnerships, and large multinational corporations. After his promotion to Tax Senior, Jeff returned to the Tri-Cities and accepted a position at Blodgett, Mickelsen & Adamson.

Jeff is bilingual and enjoys connecting with Spanish-speaking clients. He is a member of the Tri-City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, and playing the guitar.
